Dream Beach Nusa Lembongan

Dream Beach Huts is a blissful retreat, providing accommodation for up to 40 guests in 20 rooms. Facilities include a restaurant and bar, and a magnificent swimming pool with a spacious sun deck. There are no other buildings in sight. Here guests will be enchanted by the spellbinding views, and serenaded by the sounds of the ocean and the cooing of the turtle doves. The picture of this very special place is completed with sandy gardens filled with pandanus and cactus, guarded by some primitive statues from Indonesia’s eastern isles.

Numerous pleasure boats deposit hundreds of daily visitors at Nusa Lembongan’s well known anchorages of Mushroom Bay and Jungut Batu, yet Dream Beach remains one of the island’s best-kept secrets.

Sunset View

To get there, you will need to rent a motorcycle or hire an ‘ojek’ (motorcycle taxi), which can be arranged at any of the cafes at Mushroom Bay or Jungut Batu. The route is clearly signposted and takes about 15 minutes. Alternatively, if you stay at Dream Beach Huts, the pick-up and drop services in Lembongan are included in the price. Make sure you pause on the hillside along the way to take in the intoxicating view across the Badung Strait, with Gunung Agung, Bali’s highest and most sacred volcano, rising dramatically from the sea. When you reach the cliff top, stop for a photo opportunity at Devil's Tear. At this rocky outcrop and 30-metre-wide cove, you will see dramatic waves crashing at full power to create water plumes and high pressure spouts; just don’t be tempted to get too close to the edge.

At Dream Beach, you will discover a gorgeous and secluded half-moon of powdery white sand complemented by scenery that channels tropical beauty with the slow and sacred atmosphere of Lembongan life; steeped in tradition, enchanting and magical. In the late afternoons, you will see the seaweed farmers boats crowded around their plantations – a scene reminiscent of a floating marketplace.

The only development at Dream Beach is the delightful accommodation known as Dream Beach Huts, complete with a restaurant, bar, and swimming pool. The friendly owners of this family-run business are wonderful hosts who always make their guests feel very welcome.

Popular with couples and families, this is magical and safe place to enjoy a blissful Bali Holiday.

You will never want to leave…
